  1. Great photos!! Keep sharing! Thank you so much for the service you are doing there. đŸ™‚ -Sandi Schroder (I work with Lori)

  2. Thank you for the latest news and photos. You are up late there it seems. We appreciate your all hard work serving patients who must come from some distance to see you. We’re glad there’s time to play and to explore the surroundings and the garden, too. Wow, the salads don’t get much fresher than that. : -) Good idea on Tom’s Shoes, also – will look for them here. The 8,000 footers here in North America must be buried in snow. (Hmm, that does mean wounds must heal more slowly there, too.) Our toes were a bit chilly early today with near 0F lows and a few large snow flakes, yet we’re into the mid-20sF now, with just a little more snow inbound, a dry winter. Folks here are getting their carnations and other Valentine’s Day gifts ready, and planning for a fun, albeit cold weekend. Yet what are sub-zero temperatures to badger and gophers, who are all hibernating anyway? It does help to know we have friends and colleagues doing good work near the Equator. So keep on, many thanks, and Happy Valentine’s Day! John

  3. Just love those pictures. Sooo very interesting and
really shows what it is like in Ethiopia.

Thanks for taking the time to share with us back here.

Tomorrow, on Valentine’s Day evening it is suppose to
be -12 degrees. Enjoy the warm days and sunshine
while helping many people. You’re heartwarming
    and inspiring.

    Happy Valentine’s weekend to everyone.
